  • Online tools, resources, and community engagement platforms
  • Events, webinars, and learning sessions

SproutX Hub reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or add new services at its discretion.

3. User Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.
  • All information you submit is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You have the authority to bind your business or organization (where applicable).

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at any time for violation of these Terms.

4. Program Participation Terms

For Founders

  • Program applications do not guarantee acceptance.
  • Participation is subject to selection criteria, performance standards, and SproutX Hub’s discretion.
  • SproutX Hub may request additional information during program screening and delivery.

For Investors

  • Access to startup profiles via the Deal Flow Platform is subject to investor verification and approval.
  • Investor participation does not obligate SproutX Hub to present specific deal opportunities.
  • Investors must maintain confidentiality regarding startup information accessed through SproutX Hub.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both founders and investors are expected to:

  • Treat all non-public information as confidential, including business plans, financial data, and personal information of other users.
  • Refrain from sharing, publishing, or distributing confidential information without explicit written consent from the relevant party.

SproutX Hub also commits to maintaining confidentiality as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All website content, training materials, program content, branding, logos, and digital assets are the intellectual property of SproutX Hub.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
  • Startups and investors retain ownership of their submitted materials (e.g., pitch decks, business plans).

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to our data handling practices, including:

  • Controlled sharing (where applicable)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SproutX Hub is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee investor funding, program outcomes, or business success.
  • You acknowledge that startup funding and business growth inherently carry risks.

SproutX Hub provides facilitation, not financial guarantees.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity, business, or investment profile
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination within the SproutX ecosystem
  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas of our platforms
  • Distribute harmful content, malware, or spam

SproutX Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms.

SproutX Hub is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of external sites.

11. Program Fees & Payments

Some SproutX Hub programs or services may involve participation fees.

Where applicable:

  • Payment terms, refund policies, and invoicing schedules will be communicated in writing.
  • Failure to meet payment terms may result in denial of service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SproutX Hub, its directors, staff, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
